So there is a Socialist Party office down the street from me on Rue Charlot near Bretagne. It is rarely used but I have seen a few meetings going on here and there. Last week however that all changed dramatically.
It looks like a few rocks were thrown at the windows and something was spray painted on the wall. Using the handy dandy Google Translate, I was able to ascertain that "1 Pavé dans l'urne" = A paving stone isn't going into the Urne
or (thanks again to Google)
"Mon bulletin de vote est un pavé, mais il ne rentre pas dans l’urne" = "My ballot is a paving stone, and it’s not going into a ballot box."
First of all I like that a ballot box is an Urn. Very uncharacteristically optimistic France. 1 point
Second, I still don't know what they are trying to say. But I've narrowed the suspects down to the following political parties (what? you thought there were only 4?!):

MENTAL DEKONTROL (politically punk)
FOETUS PARTY (ruffians)
RENE BINAME (some words on the electoral circus)
PEKATRALATAK (No votes - new version)
URBAN BLIGHT (that would be known)
BRIGITTE BOP (vote for me)
HEXAZONE (civil disobedience)
GRAYHOUND (politikverdrossenheit)
URBAN BLIGHT (new clowns)
KOCHISE (vote)
WAQ (combat)
AFFLICTION (with course of explosive)
COMPANY A BAD BREATH (vote)
ESCAPE (sheep)
So who is accusing the Socialists or Ms. Royal of stuffing the ballot boxes with Pieces of the pavement??
There was a meeting going on when I was taking pictures. They seemed very happy about the new window ventilationand have since left the windows broken. What does it all mean?!?!
